Extracted by cold compression of the peel of the grapefruit, this essential oil is native to the citrus trees found in the moist, tropical climate of the West Indies and Mexico. This thin, peach liquid has a fresh, sweet citrus smell and is commonly used in aromatherapy to curb mental fatigue and depression.
